DOES KIDSCENTIVE WORK?
Members show their Kidscentive card
at participating businesses and receive instant
savings every time they shop. In the case of online
shopping, Kidscentive members will be provided
with codes to use online. Merchants will only accept
cards or codes that are valid and that have not
passed their expiry date.

Your Kidscentive Membership gives
you access to on-going instant savings for a full
year from the month that you join. You’ll

ARE RETAILERS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE?
We only select retailers and businesses
that have valuable products and/or services to

I ORDER ADDITIONAL CARDS FOR MY SPOUSE OR FAMILY
Absolutely. You can order additional
cards at the time that you join. Simply select
the quantity you would like in the buying page.
For each additional card, we need to know the name,
email address and mailing address of the person
receiving that card and if you would like to have
the membership mailed directly to them or to you.
I RECOMMEND A RETAILER/MERCHANT TO KIDSCENTIVE?
Absolutely! We'd love for you to
suggest a retailer/merchant that you would like
to obtain savings on. We will work hard at having
them take part. As soon as they are registered,
parents can start saving instantly. Please send
DO I NEED TO RENEW MY KIDSCENTIVE MEMBERSHIP?
It’s a good idea to renew
your Kidscentive card in the last month of membership
so a new one can be sent to you immediately following
your expired one. That way, you never miss any
benefits, promotions or special offers. Plus you
get to pick any or all of the free rewards available
at that time and we’ll send them to you with
your new card.
I HAVE TO PRESENT MY KIDSCENTIVE CARD WHEN I MAKE
A PURCHASE IN STORE?
Yes. Showing your member
card let’s businesses know that you are
entitled to receive their special offer. Each
merchant's promotion varies, so be sure to check
our website for updated information.
DO I SAVE ONLINE?
You will receive promotional codes
for merchants who offer online savings. Simply
use them during the checkout process on the merchant’s

Memberships can be purchased directly
at select participating merchants and from your
child’s school. You
can also take part in Kidscentive through your
company’s HR department if they are part
of the Kidscentive Corporate Rewards program. If

offers, rebates, and savings are unique to each

I SHARE MY KIDSCENTIVE MEMBERHSIP?
Your Kidscentive membership may
not be shared at anytime. Your membership is unique
to you and may not be shared or transferred. Members
who share their membership will have their privileges

Businesses participate in Kidscentive
on a yearly bases. They must offer their incentives
to members of Kidscentive throughout the entire
year. Using www.kidscentive.com to
see a list of current merchants will ensure you
always get the savings you seek.
OFTEN CAN I SAVE?
With a Kidscentive membership, you
save throughout the year, as often as you like
at participating businesses. One of our objectives
was to ensure that parents can return to their
favourite place of business and receive ongoing
savings all year long. Coupons, rebate certificates,
expiration codes are generally for one time use,
have expiration dates. Kidscentive is for savings
all year long as often as you like.
TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. We also accept Interac online and Paypal.

In the rare occasion (e.g. a business/franchise
closing, change in management, or an unforeseen
